Antonio Brown, age 55 of Maysville, GA passed away on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026.

Born in Lagrange, GA, Mr. Brown was the son James Gates, Sr. and the late Brenda Elaine Brown Gates. He was a warehouse associate with Walgreen Distribution Center.

Survivors in addition to his father include his wife, Mavis Brown; daughters, Sarah Martin, Jadyn Brown; sons, Chris Washburn, Logan Brown, Michael Woods, Xavier Brown, Elijah Brown; sister, Jennifer Gates; brothers, Reginald Gates, Timothy Gates, James Gates, Jr., Frederick Brown; and a several nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026 at Pleasant Acres Church, 129 Hale Rd., Maysville, GA, with Eddie Whiting officiating.
