Steve Aubrey Doss, of Commerce, Georgia, passed away on August 27, 2026, in Athens at the age of 70. He was born on January 1, 1956, in Commerce, Georgia.

During his working life, Steve was an apprentice electrician, a role that reflected his willingness to learn a skilled trade and devote himself to honest work.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Doss, and his mother, Pauline Neisler Doss.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Steve at a memorial service on August 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Ivie Funeral Home, 1053 S. Elm Street, Commerce, Georgia 30529.

Steve will be remembered with respect and held in the hearts of those who knew him.
